Join us for tea, coffee, and a chat at our next HIS Health Hub session for adults with a learning disability living in Conwy. It’s a friendly, relaxed space to meet new people, talk about your health, and connect with others over a cuppa.

Whether you are looking to learn more about keeping healthy or just want a chat with others in a similar situation, you are very welcome to come along.
