🌟 Community Walk with Forum and Health Check Champions

Join us as we celebrate Learning Disability Awareness Week with a community walk along the coast 💙

On Monday 15 June, Forum members and Health Check Champions will be leading a relaxed and inclusive walk from Colwyn Bay Pier to the clock tower in Rhos-on-Sea and back.

This is a great opportunity to:

• Get active and enjoy the outdoors

• Meet new people and connect with others

• Celebrate the contributions of people with learning disabilities in our community

📍 Meeting point: Colwyn Bay Pier
🥪 Important: Please bring a packed lunch — we’ll be stopping in Rhos-on-Sea before walking back
